The Challenge
Many underserved women lack access to capital, training, childcare, and fair wages. Without support, poverty cycles continue for generations.
Theory of Change
When women gain education, skills, and economic opportunity, they break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their children.
Our Impact
Access to Education
Since February 2023, FEOI has provided South Sudanese refugee children in Uganda with quality education, safety, and support to overcome displacement and rebuild their lives.
Program Growth
- 2023: Sponsored 5 boarding students ($600/child).
- 2024: Expanded to 7 students ($700/child).
- 2025: Scaled to 8 students, including 1 in college (Total budget: ~$7,500).
Lasting Impact
FEOI equips students with tuition, meals, and supplies—restoring confidence, breaking the cycle of poverty, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
Our Aspirations

100 Women trained in entrepreneurship annually
We dream of a future where over 100 women each year gain skills and confidence to start businesses. We will build training programs that meet them where they are.

Launch 2 women owned businesses anually
Imagine 20 women-owned businesses opening each year. We will provide startup capital, mentorship, and retail space to make this real.

Undeserved girls access scholarships
What if 15 underserved girls received scholarships each year? We will ensure no girl ever chooses between school and survival.
