By 2031, FEOI aims to establish an integrated, sustainable operational model that transforms access to education, empowers persons with disabilities, and fosters economic self-reliance for vulnerable households.

Our growth is guided by a simple core promise: Every FEOI initiative is designed with local communities, executed with total financial transparency, and measured by real improvements in safety, learning, dignity, and independence.

To ensure institutional stability, expansion is managed through a strict, staged approach:

• 2027–2028 (Foundation & Proof of Concept): Strengthen governance frameworks, pilot core disability and scholarship cohorts, establish South Sudan operational presence, and publish verified impact data.
• 2029–2030 (Responsible Scaling & Infrastructure): Scale high-performing programs, launch the accessible center capital campaign upon meeting strict stage-gate feasibility conditions, and initiate phased construction.
• 2031 (Consolidation & Long-Term Sustainability): Commission phase-one facilities, stabilize earned-income operations, evaluate five-year outcomes, and transition into the next strategic cycle.
